Vijay owes it all to S J Suryah

Recently director/actor turned music director S J Suryah released the album of his film Isai which is said to be talking about two warring but talented music directors. Although A R Rahman is Suryah’ favorite music composer, due to lack of dates, the Oscar winner had asked S J Suryah himself to score music for the film.

Heeding to Rahman’s advice, Suryah had composed music for his film and the tracks are also being appreciated by people. The audio launch witnessed the presence of many celebrities that included Vijay, Dhanush, Sathyaraj and many others.

Speaking at the occasion, Vijay said, “I was passing through a very rough patch before Kushi and it was a kind of do or die situation for me. My career move was totally dependent on the performance of Kushi. Thanks to S J Suryah and Kushi’s success that I am here today. I am indebted to Suryah for this forever”.
