The first look of ‘Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu 2’, directed by debutant Selvashekaran, has been unveiled. The film is a sequel to the 2009 sports drama ‘Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu.’ Selvashekaran is a relative of Suseenthiran, who directed the first film.
The sequel will have a new protagonist, played by Vikranth. Kishore is reprising his role as the team’s coach. Actor Pasupathy plays Vikranth’s father, and the father-son relationship angle will play a key role in the plot.
Actors Vishnu Vishal and Saranya Mohan were the lead pair in the prequel.
