Vadivelu's son gets married without fanfare

Comedian Vaigai Puyal Vadivelu’s son Subramani got married to Bhuvaneswari hailing from Thribhuvanam in a simple function at Madurai Raja Muthiah Mandram yesterday, the 10th December. The function was attended by close family members only and none of the Kollywood celebrities or political leaders was invited.

Yuvaraj Dhayalan, the director of Vadivelu’s film Thenali Raman was the only one from the film fraternity side. Sources close to the family state that there are so many people who are known to Vadivelu and inviting one and leaving others may not be a good thing and that’s the reason the comedian stuck just to his family alone.

Vadivelu has three daughters and a son. Last year when his daughter got married also, he did not make it a grand function and resorted to a simple wedding ceremony. On the professional side, he is working in Eli directed by Yuvaraj.
