Trisha or Deepika or Anjali for Rajinikanth?

While it is known to one and all that Karthick Subburaj will be directing Rajinikanth for his next film, there are widespread speculations about the leading lady for this film. It has been suggested that Trisha, Anjali and Deepika Padukone have been approached.

While Trisha has openly stated that she is very keen to pair with the superstar in a film, Deepika Padukone had acted with Rajini in Kochadaiyaan which would have an upper quotient as regards the rapport levels between the stars. However, in Anjali’s case, she has worked with the director Karthick Subburaj in Iraivi and it is said that the filmmaker is mighty impressed with her acting histrionics.

It looks like an official announcement is soon expected on this front. Sun Pictures are bankrolling this project with Anirudh Ravichander being signed for composing the tunes.
