Thiri will bring back family audience to theatres

'THIRI' starring Ashwin Kakumanu and Swathi Reddy (Idharkku Dhaanae Aasaipattai Balakumara) with an impressive support cast of Jaya Prakash, A L Alagappan, Daniel, Sendrayan and Anupama Kumar is directed by debutant Ashok Amrithraj.

Ashwin says, "Thiri is a family-political –thriller with a right dosage of action, comedy, love and sentiments. One of the main elements of Thiri is the beautiful and strong portrayal of father-son relationship. Jayaprakash sir plays my father role. A L Alagappan sir plays an important character in this film. This is a very intense and interesting commercial entertainer. The director has worked so much on the screenplay. The love and the humour portions are so fresh in the movie. Thiri will be an important movie in my carrier. The whole team is eagerly looking forward for its release".

Thiri also boasts of a very strong technical crew. Camera work is done by Sathuranga Vettai fame KG Venkatesh, Ajeesh Ashok takes care of the music and the editor of the movie is Raja Sethupathi.
