Thagaval on society's outlook

Thagaval which means information is an upcoming film directed by Saseenthira, who has worked with the likes of Bharathan and Joshi. He has helmed Tamil television serials too. His Malayalam movie Vaidooriyam won the appreciation of the critics in Kerala.

His maiden Tamil directorial venture is Thagaval which is produced by Motion Craft Productions in Association FVMS Company. Desha, Rishi, Mayilsamy, Dimple Rose, Sreehs and Master Vishnu form part of the cast.

Cinematography is by Sibi (Jeeva's associate) and music by Sajith Thendral. It is said to be a technically rich film, being shot in Aari 65 camera using film. It is reportedly the last movie to be shot using film. The lens used for canning has given a grand feel to every scene. It will make every girl who sets out to travel alone think and raise some serious questions on the society and its outlook towards the opposite sex.
