Temple for Nayanthara

Constructing temples for actor/actresses is not that is something new in Tamil Nadu. There is said to be a temple for Kushboo which has been built by her loving fans.

The latest actress for whom a temple is planned to be built is Nayanthara. Her fans have approached the actress for her approval on this as they worship her like almost a Goddess. They never wanted financial help but only wanted the Arrambam girl to give a green signal.

Although humbled by their request, Nayanthara has said No to the proposal. She is of course quite delighted by the fan following but does not want her to be kept at the same level as a Goddess. It may be remembered that in Nalan Kumarasamy’s Soodhu Kavvum, the character played by Bobby Simha builds a temple for Nayanthara and gets chased out from his place by his folks. It has become true now!
