Chennai, March 14 (IANS) Busy wrapping up his upcoming third Telugu film "Adda", actor Sushant believes that the scripts choose him and then things fell into place. He describes it as an "unpredictable" movie.

"I heard so many scripts after my second film, but nothing excited me. However, when 'Adda' was narrated to me, I knew that I was destined to do it. I felt as if the script chose me and not vice versa," Sushant told IANS.

"This feeling happens when you hear something so different from films you have done in the past. I'm glad this film made me feel that way", he added.

"Adda" is directed by Sai Karthik. It features Shanvi, Raghu Babu, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Thagubothu Ramesh, Dhanraj, Tanikella Bharani and Venu Madhav in important roles.

"I can't categorise the film in one particular genre. Even though it's a love story at heart, the film addresses an universal concept. The story revolves around the hero's 'adda', which in English means 'den'. All I can say is that it's an unpredictable film," he said.

"Adda" is scheduled to release in May. The film is almost complete, except for three songs, which are likely to be shot abroad.

"We are hoping to release the film in May. Most of the shooting happened in Hyderabad in Annapurna studios and Ramoji Film City. We erected a special set to shoot the 'Adda' sequence in the film," said Sushant who doesn't believe in individual performance.

"Success of a film elevates everything involved in it. As more and more people watch a successful film, they will automatically start noticing performances, therefore, I don't believe in any individual performance," he added.
