Director Sekhar Kamula is busy working towards the remake of Bollywood blockbuster film, ‘Kahaani’. This is the first time the director is remaking a film, and it will be made simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu.
It is heard that Nayanthara will reprise the role done by Vidya Balan in the Hindi version. The film will have Hyderabad and Chennai as the backdrop to suit the tastes of Telugu and Tamil audiences.
It is reported that the project will start from the month of May and the makers are planning for a yearend release in 2013.
