AL Vijay has completed the shooting of Vijay starrer Thalaivaa and the film is under post-production. Though the team was planning to release the film on June 22, on Vijay’s birthday, it may not happen now as the film’s post-production work will not be over by then. Now, the team is planning to release the audio on June 22 and composer GV Prakash is busy with the final touches to the songs.
As of now Thalaivaa team is planning to launch the audio on June 22 and the film's release in July. Thalaivaa's Kerala theatrical rights have been sold to Thameen Productions.
