Vijay's Jilla to have a one crore set

Vijay’s Jilla has been in the news for quite sometime. The film’s pooja was held recently in RB Chowdary’s office in T Nagar. Jilla marks the joining together of Vijay and Mohanlal for the first time.

The film will start its shooting by May. The makers of the film are now busy constructing a costly set for the film. It is heard that the set alone will cost about one crore.

A major part of the film will be set in a traditional Madurai style house and hence art director Rajeevan is all set to design such a house in Chennai.

Jilla has Vijay, Mohanlal, Kajal Aggarwal, Mahat, Soori, Brahmanandam, Poornima Baghyaraj and Thambi Ramaiah. Imman is the music composer and Natraj is the cinematographer. Debutant Nesan is directing the film and it is expected to release for Pongal. Click the Movie button below for more info:
