Stay against Gautham- Suriya project

Elred Kumar of RS Infotainment has filed a case against director Gautham Menon and Madhan and the court has stated their future projects.

Elred Kumar has said that he had given an advance of 4.5 crore to Gautham for making a film Varuvaya. He has said that to their surprise Gautham moved to do another project with Suriya and hence RS Infotainment is seeking a stay on Gautham and Madhan's project. Elred wants Gautham to start his next project under RS Infotainment or return his money. The court extended the stay till Feb 11th.
