Kumki director is yet to sign Gautham

There has been a lot of buzz speculating that Prabhu Solomon, who directed Mynaa and Kumki, will be casting Gautham Karthik in his upcoming film, which will be based on the life of Tamils in the Middle East. The director had earlier met the young actor and has even discussed the project.

However, Prabhu Solomon has now revealed that he is yet to decide about the lead actor for his next. Though he met Gautham before Kadal was released, he is yet to decide on it, he has said. Apparently, actor Karthik is keen that Gautham should work with Prabhu Solomon.

Prabhu Solomon is working on his script now and says that unless he finishes it, he will not select any actor. He does not keep anyone in mind and write his characters. He says that he needs some more time to finish the script and then only he will think about the lead actor.
