'Swapaanam' released today

Award winning director Shaji N Karun’s ‘Swapaanam’ hits theaters today. The movie was expected to release earlier but postponed and now released. Jayaram and Odyssey artist Kadambari do the lead roles.

Jayaram essays Unnikrishna Marar, a chenda artist, whose talent is never recognized and has a woeful life. Jayaram pins high hopes on this character and is believed to have given one of his best performances.

M Rajan produces 'Swapaanam' in the banner of Horizon Entertainment. Harikrishnan and Sajiv Vazhoor jointly script the movie. Sajith Nair wields the camera. Sreevalsan J Menon composes music and the background score is done by Isaac Thomas Kottukappally.

Padmashree Kalamandalam Kshemavathy is the one behind the choreography of Mohiniyattam. Siddique, Vineeth, Lakshmi Gopalaswamy, P Sreekumar, Indrans, Sarath, P D Nambootiri, Sajitha Madathil also include the main cast.
