Shankar confirms '2.0' release date

Director Shankar announced the release date of his much-awaited science fiction film “2.0” on Tuesday. Starring Rajinikanth, Amy Jackson and Akshay Kumar in pivotal roles, the movie will be released on November 29.

“Hi everyone.. atlast the vfx companies promised the final delivery date of the vfx shots. The movie will release on nov 29th 2018,” Shankar tweeted.

The film is a sequel of “Enthiran” in which Rajinikanth played the role Chitti, the humanoid robot.

AR Rahman is the music composer of this big budget movie, which is expected to be released in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu.
