Server Sundaram is about food, says director Anand Balki

Server Sundaram is an upcoming film directed by Anand Balki that has Santhanam as the lead. The film is nearing completion and would soon be ready for release.

Anand Balki elaborates about the film. He says, “Food is an integral part in our life. I have always felt that we are not giving its due importance. That’s the reason, I wanted to take a film on food. Server Sundaram will be completely about food and love, friendship and betrayal will be only at the backdrop. Culinary expert Venkatesh Bhatt had worked as an advisor for this film”.

On why he chose Santhanam for the role, Balki says, “When I am narrating a tale about food, I wanted someone commercial to take my story forward and I felt Santhanam fitted in perfectly.
