Sci-Fi Appuchi Gramam getting ready

Even as we hear about Irandam Ulagam getting ready with unique science fiction and fantasy as the theme, there is yet another film based on science fiction that is getting ready. Appuchi Gramam is not as big as Selvaraghavan’s film but its teasers and first look are very promising and is sure to be a treat for all the lovers of sci-fi thrillers.

The film is being directed by Vi Ananda, an assistant of AR Murugadoss. Appuchi Gramam is being produced by Vishnu Muralee and Senthil Kumar under Eye Catch Multi Media banner. Talking about the film, the director says, “This is a science fiction drama set in a village. The film deals with the depth of the relationships between the people and the various human emotions that are born when he is subjected to a larger than life situation. Irrespective of the genre, when a film deals with the rise and fall of human emotions, it always leaves a ray of hope and faith.”

Vishal Chandrashekar, associate of AR Rahman is scoring the music for this film. GM Kumar, Kumki Joseph, Ganja Karuppu, Singampuli are part of the cast of Appuchi Gramam.
