Samantha gifts VIP2 team

Velai Illa Pattadhari 2 is directed by Velraj which features Dhanush, Samantha and Amy Jackson among others. The last day shoot of the actress was held at St Thomas Mount in the city a couple of days back. It is said that Samantha plays Dhanush’s wife in the film. She has also said that it is her best role so far in her career.

On the last day of the shoot, Samantha gave every member of the team Rs 5000/- as a token of love, affection and gratitude and the crew is naturally very happy and touched.

Crew member says, “This is a practice that many artistes follow during their last day as a mark of affection and attachment for the people spent time with. She gave money to around 120 members who worked for the film which includes assistant directors, trolley pullers and other technicians.” Click the Movie button below for more info:
