Rashi Khanna as Visha's pair

It was reported last year that Vishal will star in the Tamil remake of NTR’s Telugu blockbuster Temper, which was directed helmed by Puri Jagannadh. Ever since the announcement, there has been no development with respect to the project.

Recently there was a buzz that Raashi Khanna is most likely going to team up with Vishal in the film, which will be directed by Venkat Mohan, an erstwhile associate of AR Murugadoss. While Sam CS is on board for the music, Light House Movie Makers will produce this film.

This would be Rashi’s third film in Tamil after Siddharth-starrer Shaitan Ka Bachcha and Imaikka Nodigal which starred Nayanthara. Vishal is now expected to commence work on this remake from June. Temper is also being remade in Hindi as Simmba with Ranveer Singh in the lead. Saif Ali Khan's daughter Sara will make her acting debut in the remake, which will be a Karan Johar directorial.
