Rajinikanth reveals about Kabali release details

Superstar Rajinikanth was bestowed with the country’s second highest civilian award Padma Bhushan, yesterday, the 12th April by President Pranab Mukherjee. Priyanka Chopra and Sania Mirza also were spotted along with Rajinikanth receiving their respective Padma Awards. Rajinikanth was accompanied by his wife Latha.

While in an interaction with the media, Rajini had mentioned that his next film Kabali will be released either towards the last week of May or the first week of June. This indirectly means that the audio and the trailer will be launched before that. Sources also suggest that the team is planning to have a grand music launch in Malaysia where the crew shot major portions of the film. Since the producer of Kabali and Theri is the same, they are foussing now on Vijay’s film and will start work in Kabali after the release of Theri.
