The regular shooting of Powerstar Pawan Kalyan's Katamarayudu began on 20th of this month and the actor joined the team the other day. The actor just completed a one-week fitness regime in Bengaluru. Several key scenes on the principal cast will be canned in this schedule.
Several rumours do exist about the film if or not it is a remake of Tamil blockbuster, Veeram but the team is silent on it for now. They have already declared that it is the love story of a factionist. Shruti Hassan is the female lead in this film and it is her second time with him after Gabbar Singh.
