OMG: Alia Bhatt says 'NO' to Aamir Khan's Thugs Of Hindostan

While any actress would give her right arm to work alongside two of the biggest legend of Bollywood — Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan, and that too under one of the most prestigious banner like Yash Raj Films, the feisty Alia Bhatt has turned down one such offer.

The film in question here is the much talked about ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’ starring Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan in lead roles. The film has been in the news ever since it was announced, and looks like a promising project. However, according to reports, Alia who was personally requested by Aamir to come on board had said no to the projects.

A source close to the project revealed the reason about Alia’s rejection, “Alia would love to work with Aamir. Who wouldn’t? But not in a film where the heroine has so little to do. The heroine’s role in Thugs Of Hindostan is underwritten, underdeveloped and undernourished.” The source further added, “In fact Hrithik Roshan, who was earlier supposed to do the film told Adi Chopra that the girl’s role needs to be worked on. Adi agreed. But the minute Aamir showed interest in the project Hrithik was dropped and the heroine’s role remained the same.”

Now this makes us wonder, will any big heroine say yes to the project? Or will YRF have to scout a new talent?
