Naga Chaitanya's Oka Laila Kosam has completed its first week run at the box office. The movie which started slow had an average run through out the week but had a happy ending with last day (Thursday) doing well due to Diwali advantage.The movie has amassed 7.35 Crore share in the first week of its release in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana together.
