Actress Nayanthara must be the happiest person today in Tamil films . As many as three films featuring her are lined up for Deepavali release on Oct. 1. No other heroin in recent times had three of her films released on a festival day. "I have never expected this,' Nayanthara said.

The three films are: "Thalai Magan" with Sarath Kumar, "Vallavan" with Simbu and "E" with Jeeva.

"Thalaimagan" is Sarath Kumar's 100th. He himself directed the film. Sarath plays an investigative journalist named Dheeran who champions of the causes of the common man. Nayanthara also plays reporter and Vadivelu is a press photographer in the film which has three villains - Mukesh Tiwari, Seema Biswas and John Vijay.
