Sarath Kumar, Jothika sign for Gautham's next film

Director Gautham Menon has taken up his next project soon after completing the Kamal-Jothika starrer 'Vettaiyadu Villayadu' which is

ready for release.

The next venture, titled 'Vilay Uyir Endralum'

features Sarath Kumar, Jothika and Shobana (national award winner) in the lead.

According to Gautham, it is a commercial film with lots of action.It will entertain all types of audience.

Gautham is not the one to select an actor first and then write the script tailor-made for him.

He writes the script first and chooses the actor. For 'Vilay Uyir Endralum', Gautham approached Sarath Kumar after the script was ready as he thought Sarath would be the perfect fit for the role he scripted. He stressed that Sarath's profile was not in his mind when he was

writing the script.

Sarath Kumar said that though he was busy with

his 100th film 'Thalaimagan', he gave his assent immediately when Gautham narrated the script. It impressed me so much that he could not say 'no' to Gautham. He has also given the dates. His schedule for 'Vilay Uyir Endralum' will not clash with the shooting of 'Thalaimangan' and he would work side by side, Sarath Kumar said and

added that going by the script, the new film would be one of the best ever made by Gautham.The story line is still a secret.
