Prabhu Deva to choreograph IIFA show

Prabhu Deva, who is flying high these days after his big budget Bollywood release ‘Rowdy Rathore, is getting busy with choreographing the best of Bollywood dance numbers to be staged at this year’s International Indian Film Academy awards celebration to be held in Singapore from June 7 to 9.


IIFA awards celebrations started in the year 2000. Last year they were held in Canada.



A big cotingent of Bollywood actors and actresses will be performing dances at the awards ceremony in Singapore. The privilege of choreographing their dances has gone to Prabhu Deva.



“Dancing has always been one of my greatest passions and I have always wanted to be a part of the IIFA celebrations. This is an ideal opportunity to combine the two. It is going to be a different experience for me personally, choreographing Bollywood’s finest and I am excited to take on this project,” Prabhu Deva said.



“The energy on stage is aways fascinating; there are so many talented young actors in Bollywood right now and I look forward to working with them,” he added.
