Poorna gets chance to exhibit her classical dancing skills

Actress Poorna, who pairs up with Jai in 'Arjunan Kadhali' has got an opportunity which she has been waiting for __ to showcase her dancing skills.

She is a classical dancer, but she has not been able to perform in any of her films so far. This has been working on her mind ever since her Tamil debut with 'Muniyandi Vilangiyal Moonram Aandu'.

Her aspiration is now getting fulfilled with her landing a role in 'Arjunan Kadhali'. The character she is doing knows classical dance. Songs are to be picturised from May 2 and Poorna will get to do a classical number. She feels elated.

The film is directed by Parthy Baskar and produced by Sivasakthi Pandian.

Poorna is also featured in the Malayalam remake of the hit film 'Chattakari'. She has also two Telugu films __ 'Auvunu', a supernatural thriller and 'Desham' which is being made in Tamil also.

Besides 'Arjunan Kadhali', Jai is doing two more films. He plays a meaty role in 'Vettai Mannan' with Simbu, Deeksha Seth and Hansika. Another film is a comedy flick that features Jai with Samantha. It is produced by Aascar Ravichandran and directed by debutant Aneesh.
