'Mayanginen Thayanginen' releases in december

'Mayanginen Thayanginen', directed by S T Vendan ('Inba'), exposes the dark side of homes being run for mentally-retarded women in and around the city.

Speaking on the film, Vendhan says ''It is an action-romance-comedy with a strong social message against the sexual abuse of mentally ill women who stay in such homes. I personally experienced such a case recently. In that incident I rescued two women with the help of my friends,''.

''The shooting had completed a week ago and now post production works is going on at a brisk pace. The movie will be released in December,'' he adds.

The film has Nithin Sathya and Disha Pandey in the lead roles. Tharun Sathriya, Theja Sri, debutant Bala, Ganja Karuppu, Ajay Rathnam, T P Gajendran are also part of the cast.
