Mansoor Ali retains right to release 'Lollu Dadha…'

Actor Mansoor Ali Khan, producer of ‘Lollu Dadha Parakh Parakh’, has retained the right to release the film worldwide. The film is all set for Deepavali release.

The full-length comedy caper starring Mansoor Ali Khan and Shilpa, is based on the Hindi movie ‘Kullu Dadha’.

Talking to mediapersons, Mansoor Ali Khan said the film narrates with comedy the travails of moneylenders faced with the problem of recovering their money from borrowers.

Shilpa Kutty plays the role of heroine opposite Mansoor Ali Khan. V.A. Murthy, Vyapuri, Pandu, Kumarimuthu, Delhi Ganesh, ‘Payilvan’ Raganathan, Shakeela and Arthi are among 40 comedians featured in the film.

Vettri is the cinematographer while J. Jayakumar has directed the film. Interestingly, Mansoor Ali Khan himself has written the lyrics and composed the tunes. “They have all come good,” he said and added the audio will be released soon in a “unique manner”.
