'Keeri Pulla' is Ganja Karuppu's 50th film

‘Keeri Pulla’ which is releasing next month is comedian Ganja Karuppu’s 50th film.

The actor gave this information while talking to mediapersons.

Ganja Karuppu said he has adopted 15 children who are the inmates of ‘Shantivanam’, an orphanage at Manapparai near Tiruchi.

He had organized a programme to raise funds for this orphanage, which is home to 15 children. He would now look after them.

Ganja Karuppu said there are not many comedy actors in Tamil cinema and so viewers are deprived of a variety of comedy. Some comedians have their own groups. As a result, some comedians don’t get opportunities and they live in poverty. As far as he is concerned, he helps artistes from all groups to get offers in films, the actor said. Karuppu said.
