Jai to pair with Navya Nair in new film

Up and coming actor Jai has bagged the lead role in "Aval Peyar Tamilarasi". He will pair with actress Navya Nair.

He made his debut in "Chennai-600028" in which he featured as a fun-loving and care-free guy.

His next film "Subramaniyapuam", which was released earlier this month, is doing well at the box office. In this film his role combines action and romance.

While "Chennai-600028" was a big hit, "Subramaniyapuram" has further boosted his image. He is perhaps the first actor to get noticed just after two films.

Jai, a nephew of music director Deva, gets a big break with his teaming up with a talented actress like Navya Nair in "Aval Peyar Tamilarasi".

He does not want to get lost by rushing into commercial 'masalas' and prefers realistic films though his roles are small, according to industry sources.
