Gautham shooting for 'Neethaane En Ponvasantham'

Gautham Vasudev Menon is busy shooting for his new film 'Neethaane En Ponvasantham'in a Chennai location. The film is being made in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.

Actors Jiiva (Tamil), Nani (Telugu) and Aditya Roy Kapoor (Hindi) play the lead.

Samantha who plays the heroine and Anupama Kumar, who plays the hero's mother, are the only two who are common in all the three productions. Kanwaljit Singh in Hindi and Ravi Raghavendra in Tamil and Telugu portray Anupama Kumar's husband.

Gautham has chosen a family saga as the theme this time. The hero is a carefree person and his lack of seriousness is a cause for serious concern for his parents. The father being a teacher and disciplinarian wants his sons also to be well educated and disciplined like him. The love and understanding between the parents bring about a desired change in their son.

The role of the parents is very well scripted to make it integral to the story, according to Samantha.
