For TV anchor Vijay Adhiraj, it's dream come true

TV anchor Vijay Adhiraj is kicked about on his becoming a film director. He has realized his 14-year dream. The first film he is directing is titled 'Puthagam'.


The producer is Dr. Ramadass. He has produced 'Yuvan Yuvathi' and is currently producing GNR Kumaravelan's 'Haridas'and another film 'Endrendum Punnagai'.


Arya's brother Satya will play the lead in 'Puthagam' along with Rakul Preet Singh. Vignesh of 'Kadhalil Sodhappuvadu Eppadi' fame and Sanjay Krishna will also feature in the film.


Vijay Adhiraj is introducing dialogue writer Guhan Srinivasan, an associate of Crazy Mohan, with his film


Lakshman, who handled the camera for 'Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu', will be the cinematographer.


James Vasanthan will score the music.


Vijay has picked up all his assistant directors through Facebook and other social networking sites. None of them has previous experience in film-making, according to Vijay. "All they have is a passion, commitment and willingness to learn."



He says people coming to watch 'Puthagam' will have a good time; it will be an entertainer.
