The shoot of biggest film of the year undoubtedly 'Endhiran' starring Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth, Aishwarya Rai and directed by Shankar has been on and on for years together now. After shooting even in Hollywood's Stan Winston studios and around global destinations for which Shankar is well known for the shoot is still on and traveled back to our very own namma Chennai.



Recently team Endhiran was shooting at the Perungudi dumping yard in Chennai. The scenes which were shot in Perungudi did not involve Rajini but the villain and other actors who shot for five continuous days and completed a few scenes. The film is produced by Television giants 'Sun pictures' that are emerging as one of the leading producers of Tamil Industry.



Earlier 'Eros international' and 'Ayangaran films international' were involved in the production of the film but as the production costs exceeded the shooting cost and the budget the two producers backed out one after the other. The budget of the film is said to be around a whopping Rs. 110 Crore. This is the most expensive film in Indian cinema.



The film has music by A R Rehman and it is expected to be released by Diwali.
