Ajith admitted to hospital

Actor Ajith has been admitted to a private hospital in Chennai and is being treated for what doctors diagnosed as viral fever. The doctors attending him have advised him to stay in the hospital for at least ten days.

He was taken ill while shooting for "Billa" in Malaysia.

He watched "Kireedom" specially screened for him at Four Frame Preview Theatre in Nungambakkam, Chennai, on July 8 and flew back to Malaysia.

Even while participating in the shooting in Malaysia, he looked tired and run-down, it is said. After it was confirmed that he was suffering from typhoid and jaundice, he returned to Chennai.

According to the doctors, Ajith is advised against participating in film shooting for the next 45 days.

A few more scenes remain to be shot for "Billa" to complete the film.
