A film on teenage love in the making
May 17, 2012 PGVOn behalf of White Field, Radhakrishnan is producing a film on the theme of teenage love. It is titled 'Padikira Vayasule'.
Rajesh Kumar has written the story and is the director of the film. He also plays the hero.
Rakhi is the heroine. Teaming up with them are Aswatha (Kalavani fame), Shankar, Rangadurai and Selvakumar.
Leo D is the cinematographer and Haribabu is the composer. Pachai Muthu has written the lyrics.
Talking about the film, Rajesh Kumar says the hero and heroine fall in love with each other when they are in Plus-two (12th standard). Their interest in studies declines. The message is that students should concentrate only on their studies when they are studying. Teenagers who are just out of school after Plus-two and are stepping out into the real world are mostly a distracted lot. They are not mature enough to distinguish between what is love and what is infatuation.
The film lays stress on the fact that balancing life and relationship is of utmost importance.
