40 new faces in 'Kamban Kazhagam'

The story of 'Kamban Kazhagan' under production is about friendship and its strength. The film has 'Pasanga' Kishore, Jayaprakash, Ganja Karuppu, Delhi Ganesh, Singamuthu in the cast along with 40 new faces.

Sam, Prasan and Pravin are making their debut as music directors. Anbu Dennis is the cinematographer and he is also a new entrant.

The director and producer is Asokan, who has worked as an assistant director under A.R. Murugadoss. He has also written the story, screenplay and dialogues.

The shooting has begun after six months of rehearsals in which all the actors and members of the technical crew participated, it is said.

The film has been shot in Pondicherry and Kallakurichi areas and completed in 89 days. It is scheduled for release towards the end of this month.
