Run Gopala Run: A Test of Fortune!

No, this has nothing to do with Run Lola Run. Run Gopala Run is most likely to be the title of one of the forthcoming films starring Dileep. Most likely? Yes, that's what the grapevine says. The film had already been announced, but under a different name, Kallante Katha, to be directed by Deepu Karunakaran.

And now it's heard that the makers have planned to re-name this likely-to-be entertainer as Run Gopala Run.

The film, which tells the very interesting and humorous story of a hi-tech thief, will be produced by Sasi Ayyanchira under the banner of Sree Uthrittathi Films. Dileep, who is presently with Twenty Twenty, will do Run Gopala Run after completing the Siddique-directed Bodyguard, which effectively means the middle of August.

For Dileep, who hasn't had a hit for quite some time, and for director Deepu Karunakaran (whose debut film Winter hasn't yet seen the light of the day), Run Gopala Run is going to be a test of fortune. Here's hoping they come out winners.
