John Kokken lashes out against Padmakumar

Cochin, Sep.10 (NR): Young actor John Kokken has lashed out against 'Shikkar' director Padmakumar and has accused him of being unfair during the shoot of the film.

John says that he was approached to do a major role in the film, but was not given much of an opportunity in the film, as a result of which his role was restricted to a scene.

John had therefore approached Padmakumar to edit out his scene before the film reached the theatres, but alleges that Padmakumar refused to do so.

John also says that he is a member of AMMA, and had appraoched both Innocent and Idavela Babu to complain about the issue.

The actor says that the director has suggested that he doesn't know acting. 'I am an actor who has acted in several south Indian languages. Nobody would be willing to cast an actor who doesn't know how to act,' he adds.

One of the finalists of the Gladrags Manhunt 2005, John is a well known model. He has also acted in films like 'IG', 'Alexander the Great' and 'Love in Singapore'. Click the Movie button below for more info:
