Jagadeesh to substitute Sreekantan Nair

Trivandrum, Sep.6 (NR): Popular comedian Jagadeesh would replace Sreekantan Nair in the highly successful program Nammal Thammil.

Sreekantan Nair had hosted 757 episodes of the program, and had gained much acclaim for the same. He had resigned from Asianet a few days back.

Jagadeesh says he would host the program in his own style. He also makes clear that he would not try to ape Sreekantan Nair whose distinctive manners had been much appreciated by the public.

Jagadeesh is currently one of the judges of the Comedy Reality Show - Vodafone Comedy Stars - on Asianet.

The first episode of Nammal Thammil that has been hosted by Jagadeesh would be aired on Asianet at 10 PM on the 11th of September.
