Kochi, Nov 3 (IANS) As the title suggests, director Shafi's "Chocolate" is a sweet campus movie and Alex Paul's peppy compositions compliment the mood of the film. Two songs from the movie have made it to the Malayalam popularity charts.

The top five songs are:

1. "Chocolate" - Film: "Chocolate"; Music: Alex Paul; Lyrics: Sarath Varma; Singers: M.G. Sreekumar and Rimi Tomi. The song depicting the war between boys and girls in the campus is illustrative of the film's entertainment package, which has proved its box-office appeal.

2. "Munthirikallu" - Film: "Black Cat"; Music: M. Jayachandran; Lyrics: Rajeev Alunkal; Singer: Afsal. In this item song, director Vinayan has used the dancing skills of his protégé Manikuttan.

3. "Eeran Meghame" - Film: "Nazrani"; Music: Bijibal; Lyrics: Anil Panachooran; Singer: Manjiri. The track establishes the backdrop of the film in the beginning itself and is being used in promos.

4. "Istamalle" - "Chocolate"; Music: Alex Paul; Lyrics: Sarath Varma; Singer: Shahabas Aman. It remains last year's biggest hit "Ente khalbili" from the composer-lyricist team.

5. "Pranayasandhaya" - Film: "Ore Kadal"; Music: Ousepachan; Lyrics: Gireesh Puthencherry; Singer: Bombay Jayashree. The soulful song from the offbeat film is still popular with listeners who are repeatedly requesting for it in phone-in programmes.
