Veterinary doctor plays the role of villain

Dr Madhu Goumathi, a veterinary doctor by profession has ventured into film acting and has bagged the role of a terrorist in the film. He has rough looks but is well known in social circles as the most compassionate doctor who looks after animals with care.



Dr. Gomathi was very fat before he had started acting. Acting on the advise of the director Rajesh Fernandez who wanted to cast him in his film, Dr. Madhu has reduced the weight by 24 kilograms in two months time. He also changed his looks for the film by shaving off his beard and cut short his hair for the film.


Though Dr. Madhu does not have any dialogue in the film, his menacing looks is certain to send a chill down the spine. He will be acting along with actors Harish Rai and Ashwath Ninasam who also play the role of terrorists in the film.


Dr. Madhu says that he has worked for 15 days for the film 'CID Esha'. Dr. Madhu grew up with cows as he was born in a traditional Hindu family which respected cows. He had to spend time playing with calfs and cows in his house. From the beginning, Dr. Madhu showed lot of concern for the safety and well being of cows and decided to take up the veterinary profession.


Incidentally Dr. Madhu has also acted in 'Maadesha' starring Hatrick Hero Shivaraj Kumar and directed by Ravi Srivatsa which has already been released. Dr.Madhu Goumathi (Goumathi is the name given to him by highly respected Sri Raghaveshwara Swamiji of Sri Ramachandrapura Math in Hosanagara Shimoga) has been armed with a degree in veterinary sciences. He is fond of looking after the cows. He takes care of 170 houses and his acquaintance with cows started from childhood. He was a milkman supporting from the resources of four to six cows in the house. He is the one who brought a cow to Hatrick Hero Shivaraj Kumar's house during the house warming ceremony in Nagawara. Dr. Madhu donated 'Lakshmi' and 'Hema Koota' (Bull) to Shivarajkumar family.


Dr.Madhu Goumathi regularly visits Goshala where he is looking after 170 cows.
