Vanchalya audio released on the Pooja day

The audio of the Kannada film Vanchalya was released on the day of its launch at the Chowdaiah Memorial Hall in Bangalore.

The audio and CD album of the film were released by Pranayaraja Srinath and Sumalatha Ambarish. The music direction of the film is by Rajesh Ramanath who has already composed music for more than a hundred films. The unique distinction for Rajesh Ramnath in this film is that he has rendered play back for eight out of the ten songs in the album.

Two new singers, Vijetha from Sirsi and Suma from Bhadravathi are being introduced in this film with each of them singing for one song in the film. This is the first time Rajesh Ramanath has penned the lyrics for a song in a film.

Vanchalya songs are special as this is the first authentic Kannada film album with a pop/rock treatment. Rajesh Ramanath has worked six months on this project and matched the songs with all the right instruments.

Nivaskumar is directing Vanchalya that stars Prakash Sambargi, Raghavendra, Madhuri, Dr.Vasanth Madhav (an orthopedic surgeon) and Rekha V Kumar. He is optimistic about coming up with a land mark film.
