Upendra to do remake of Telugu Hit 'Muta Mesthri'

Upendra has signed a new project to be produced by Soorappa Babu, Kamalakar and Vijayakumar which will have a formal launch on June 27. The film will be based on Telugu Hit “Muta Mesthri’ which featured Mega Star Chiranjeevi.

According to Soorappa Babu a few changes will be made in the script to suit the tastes of the present day audience. M.S.Ramesh will be the director of this film. Rakshitha may be chosen to play the role of one of the heroines in the film. Since it is a dialogue oriented film, it may well be a challenging job for Director M.S.Ramesh who is himself a successful dialogue writer in the Kannada film industry.
