Sudeep turns director with 'Autograph' remake

Sudeep is reportedly ready to take on the director's wheels with the Kannada remake of Cheran's Tamil film "Autograph".

Earlier, Sudeep had plans to turn director with an original story.

But after efforts in that direction did not yield results, he settled for the national award winning "Autograph", the remake of which will not be denied the full tax exemption benefit available for Kannada films with original stories.

Bharadwaj, who scored music for the original film, is also doing the job for the remake.

Sudeep is now busy selecting four heroines for the film.
