Shilpa Shetty's Kannada homecoming

Mumbai, Feb 10 (IANS): After her phase in Hindi films, actress Shilpa Shetty seems to have decided to experiment and re-invent herself with films in Kannada.

Her latest catch is a role in an upcoming film starring leading Kannada superstar P. Upendra, reported.

"It is a terrific role with multiple shades, where I play both a heroine and villain," Shilpa said.

Incidentally the film will be her third after "Preethsod Tappa" and "Ondagona Ba".

"I make it a point to find time for Kannada films at least once in a year because Kannada is my mother tongue and it is like home coming for me," she smiles.
