B'lore, Aug. 25 (NR): Sanjana Galrani is delighted that she has been able to finish the shooting of two Kannada films around the same time. Sanjana is playing heroine oriented roles in both these films titled as Shloka and E Sanje. The actor who has also been acting in Telugu films is also awaiting the release of two Telugu films which are to hit screens shortly.

"I am happy that I am done with the shooting for my Kannada film Shloka. I am left only with the promotional hip hop song which we will be

shooting soon. It was actually a very scary experience to be shooting for a horror film like Shloka in an isolated place like Sakleshpur. I was to shoot in the most inaccessible rainy places with dark lights and then coming back to the room to sleep alone. I used to be scream while doing those sequences while shooting and I was quite spooked even while I was actually sleeping along in my room. I am glad the shoot is finally over. My throat condition has improved only after I came to Bangalore," says Sanjana.

Sanjana feels that 2009 would be a good year for her as there will be four releases this year. Along with the two Kannada films mentioned she has completed work for her two films Samarthudu and Police Police (made simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil).

"I had great experience working with a Veteran like Krishnam Raju in the film Samarthudu. I am opposite handsome Raja in the film. As the name suggests Police Police is an action with but I have a big role in the film. Kamalini Mukherjee comes in the flash back sequences of the film," says Sanjana who is being featured as a Judge in the popular Reality show programme. Incidentally she had even walked on the ramp in a recent fashion show in Bangalore.

Does she not feel that since she is doing only heroine centric films in Kannada, she will be stuck up with the same image. "I don't think that I will end up with this deglamourised image for ever. When I made a debut through Ganda Hendathi (a remake of Hindi film Murder) in which I had to play the role originally played by Mallika Sherawat, I had to expose a lot. Though I have done a few films in Kannada, I have not retained that hot image. If I get another type of role in my next Kannada film, I am game to it. I don't mind wearing Bikini in that film if a situation demands. Now, most of the heroines in Hindi and Telugu are wearing Bikini and are seen in most revealing costumes. I only want to add that there should be a situation in the film where I need to wear a Bikini," she adds.
