Salem gangster on screen

A real incident from the life of a gangster in Salem, who struck terror once in the arid district of Tamil Nadu, will be the theme of a new film provisionally titled "Kittu".

Ravi Rahul, who made his debut in "Aattha Un Koyilile", produced by Anbalaya Prabhakaran, will play the anti-hero.

Debutant Jothi, now Bangalore-based, will be the heroine. The rest of the cast will include the ubiquitous Nasser and Shanmugarajan.
