Ramesh Arvind turns story writer

Kannada film industry's well known film artist Ramesh Arvind who is enjoying his best days in his career with two huge hits recently "Aaptha Mithra" and "Joke Falls" has now turned into a story writer with a new film "Amruthadhaare' to be directed by award winning film director Nagathihalli Chandhrashekhar.


"I heard the story during one of our morning jog some eight months ago. I was really impressed with the way Ramesh narrated the story to me. Ramesh told me that he had accidentally heard a conversation of a couple inside their house, when he was taking an early morning walk and was he was inspired to web a story in his mind" says Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar. The director has just launched his film on last Monday. The film stars Dhyan and Ramya in the lead. Mumbai based Dhyan who has alreadly acted in three Kannada films was introduced by Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar in the film "Nanna Preethiya Hudugi' which went on to become a silver jubilee hit. Ramesh's story deals with the trials and tribulations of a young couple who have come out of their homes and relationship to start a new life on their own. The story is set in an urban milieu and it focuses more on the present day urban life which puts severe strain on the young couple. " I have written the script which also deals with the pressures of rapid urbanization in this globalization and liberalization era' says Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar.


For Dhyan who has played the lover boy in all the three films he has acted so far-his third film "Jhootaata" is yet to be released-this is for the first time he will be seen in the role of a married man. "I think there is a bit of transition here. On a personal level, I think it is an opportunity for me to play a totally different character. The film has two action sequences. I am happy that the action sequence in my second film "Monalisa' was liked by the audience. I would like to work in different type of films. Nagathihalli Sir has written an amazing script' says Dhyan.
