Rakshitha refuses abroad shoots: Director

Bangalore, Oct 31: Kannada Film Director S. Narayanan complains that, Rakshita - the heroine in his new film , rejects to shoot the song sequence abroad .Since the film completed its major portions , the heroines new decision put him in dare trouble .S.Narayanan filed his compliant to the association of Kannada film artists.


Kannada film association members met at the residence of actor Vishnuvardhan, Rakshitha attended the meeting with director Prem, with whom she has already engaged.


Veteran actor Dr. Vishnuvardhan, Producer Rockline Venkatesh and complainant S.Narayan presented at the meeting.


''I was not informed with the abroad shoot schedules when I sign for the film. And I already conveyed my inconvenience for abroad shoots to the director before I signed for the film. Prem and his mother too wont encourage it ", she said.


After hearing the versions of both the parties, all senior artists of the Kannada film industry have counseled and advised actress Rakshitha to participate in the song sequences with Shivaraj Kumar, the hero of the film. The songs shooting is planned at Amsterdam in Holland and a few outdoor spots in Greece.


All the senior artists adviced Rakshitha to attend the abroad shoots .All the senior artists convinced the actress that the step she had taken is unprecedented and she should not trouble the producer who has already made arrangements to shoot the songs abroad


Rakshitha had gone abroad many times for films like "Love', "Kalasipalya', "Deadly Soma', "Suntaragaali' and "Mandya' earlier.


Now, the song shooting of the film will take place in Amsterdam on November 25. Rakshitha will leave for the songs on November 23.
